Delegate Lewis moves to amend Com Sub for HB5319 on page 4, Section 18, line 69, following the words "of this subsection" by striking out the period and inserting a colon and the following proviso: "Provided, however, That the provisions of this subsection only apply if the offense occurs within a municipality or county that has a homeless shelter with available bed space."
